Meet the Team

Terry Connor - Managing Director

With over 25 years experience in the building, maintenance and joinery industry, Terry Connor founded the business based on three core values – excellence, innovation and professionalism. These values form the basis of Connors today.
With a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for openness, honesty and quality, Terry still maintains his role in the daily running of the business and oversees all projects and accounts. An avid football fan, Terry is also a keen golfer, holding an annual golf day to raise funds for local charity Zoe’s Place. 

Ian Glorman - General Manager

A proven track record of success providing high-level solutions and commercial improvement of business performance. Results driven and quality focused, ensuring optimum efficiency. Able to demonstrate - innovative solution design, achieving corporate objectives. Providing creative and strategic vision to the business, giving clear direction building consistently improved business efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships. Align operational processes, attention to detail. With over 30 years management/leadership experience at all levels.  

Lindsay Love - Operations and HR Manager

Lindsay Love - Operations and HR Manager

A competent and tenacious HR professional with the strategic vision to continuously improve the people management function of a business; shaping people processes to maintain a healthy, engaged, and competent workforce.

Joining Connors in 2015, Lindsay brings a wealth of experience including retail and HR & Payroll management gained working with various national retailers. Lindsay has responsibility for all human resource matters including payroll and training. She also manages our team of Administrators and the overall operations of Connors’ office.
